examples/— small single-part.coscadfiles (shapes, booleans, transforms, bezier, zoo of all primitives, andloft— numeric bindings plus lofted funnel and lug).examples/topological/— pipeline syntax and anchor-relative modelling:pipeline_basics,topo_tour(annotated),tbracket(the zero-translation seam bracket, verified identical to its coordinate-built twin).examples/assemble/—.assemblespecs:corner/frame(recursion;rail200/rail120are plain-bar stand-ins for the 2020 extrusions, referenced ×0),spill(multi-bed: the design stage reports plate overflow, coscad nextspills to more beds),autotest(orientation search), andbow3/— the flagship three-part manufactured assembly.examples/assemble/tesseract/— a 100 mm nested-cube display with 12 mm split hubs and captured printed joints, no screws or nuts. The supported build, finished object, three-piece fit test and retained bolted version are described in Tesseract.examples-next/— earlier manufacturing-era parts (bow2 generation, greaser tool with its manifest kept as a reference output), andexample_check.assemblewith partsa/b/c— acoscad checkdemo whose lid sits 0.2 mm above the blocks, under the declared 0.3 mm clearance.examples/archive/— a few historical scratch files (the olddebug*andtest_*files were removed in the repo-hygiene change).examples/haskell/— embedded-DSL samples for ghci (cabal repl, then:loadexamples/haskell/ExampleGear.hs). They are not library code, but thehaskell-examples` test-suite compiles them and renders one shape from each, so they cannot silently rot.
Generated output is gitignored and not committed:
.scad/.stl, manifests,
_design.json, plan
_plan.json/_plan.md and _step*
scenes and images. Regenerate with coscad <file>,
coscad next <file> or
coscad plan [--png] <file>. Exceptions that stay
committed: the print records under models/ (each
next manifest, the _next_ part scenes and
print-run.json/validation.json), the tesseract
adhesion-retry verification.json, and the greaser reference
manifest. Every example (outside archive/) is compiled,
rendered, and compared against test/golden/ by
cabal test; see README "Tests".
